Preparation
• Place 1 tea bag in a cup
• Pour 250 ml of hot water (maximum 100°C)
• Allow to steep for 10 minutes, then drink
• After drinking, add an additional 250 ml of hot water to the same cup, leaving the tea bag inside
• Total daily intake: 500 ml of tea
